During the meeting of the Insurance Law Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association with the Cyprus Insurance Companies Association that took place on 27^th April 2023, several issues were discussed – among others – the establishment of the compensation fund for uninsured employers, the participation of the Insurance Law Committee during the discussions of the Parliament’ s committees on issues associated with insurance law, and the new European directive on third-party motor liability insurance (MID).
